Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Welcome to BOLTIX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BOLTIX website and any purchase you make through our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the BOLTIX website.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and BOLTIX is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the products to you, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, significant pricing or product errors, stock availability issues or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product images are provided for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, photography and manufacturing or packaging variations.

You should check product specifications and compatibility information before purchasing, particularly where a product is intended for use with a specific device, connector or charging standard.

We may update, modify or discontinue products and their specifications from time to time.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

4. Ordering

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete, including your name, delivery address, email address and payment information.

Once your order has been submitted, you will normally receive an order acknowledgement by email.

We may contact you if we require additional information to process your order.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, provide an appropriate refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our appointed payment providers. BOLTIX does not normally have access to your full payment card details.

An order will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, service disruption or other unforeseen events.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If a delivery cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided or the recipient is unavailable where delivery arrangements require a signature or collection, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where permitted by law.

Risk in the products passes to you when you, or a person you have identified to receive the products, takes physical possession of them, except where the law provides otherwise.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Under UK consumer law, goods must meet applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

These statutory rights are separate from any voluntary returns or warranty policy offered by BOLTIX.

8. Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer through our online store, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period may run from the date you receive the final item, subject to applicable law.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

You must then return the goods within the period required by law.

9. Returns

Returned products should be sent back in accordance with our returns instructions.

Where you cancel a distance purchase under your statutory cancellation rights, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover those costs.

Products should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess them appropriately.

You may handle products as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. Where the value of goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, applicable law may allow a corresponding deduction from the refund.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where a statutory exception applies, such as goods made to your specifications or certain sealed goods where the seal has been broken for hygiene or health protection reasons.

10. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may arrange a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.

Refund timing may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse a discount code where there is evidence of misuse, fraud or an attempt to exploit an obvious pricing or technical error.

13. Product Compatibility

You are responsible for checking that an accessory is suitable for your intended device and charging setup.

Where compatibility, charging speed or performance depends on the device, charger, cable, software, charging protocol or other external factors, advertised performance may vary.

BOLTIX does not guarantee that a product will provide a particular charging speed where that speed is not supported by the connected device or charging equipment.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the BOLTIX website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product content, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BOLTIX unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Reviews and User Content

Where the website allows customers to submit reviews or other content, you must ensure that your submission is genuine, lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person.

You must not submit content that is defamatory, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or promotional spam.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse content that breaches these requirements.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, BOLTIX will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, government action or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

19. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, who we may share it with and the rights available to you.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in force when you place your order, unless a change is required by law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.

If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws applicable to your circumstances.

22. Contact

If you have a question about these Terms, an order, a return, a refund or any other matter relating to BOLTIX, please contact us using the details provided on our website.
